FOR AN ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY FACILITY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and acquire land for an alcohol and substance abuse recovery facility in Rio Arriba county.
