FOR RENOVATION AND PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR AN ALCOHOLISM TREATMENT PROGRAM IN EMBUDO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate and purchase equipment for an alcoholism treatment program in Embudo in Rio Arriba county.
