FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ANTHONY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SOCCER FIELDS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to install sprinkler systems, purchase goals and make improvements to the Anthony elementary school soccer fields in Dona Ana county.
