FOR CONSTRUCTING THE PECOS RIVER VILLAGE MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct the Pecos River Village multipurpose building in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
