REQUESTED BY

FOR AN IRRIGATION PIPELINE AND RESERVOIR DAM AT THE TOHATCHI CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to install an irrigation pipeline and to construct the reservoir dam in Tohatchi in McKinley county.
