FOR POWERLINE EXTENSION TO THE CACTUS VALLEY NORTH OF NEWCOMB CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for powerline extension to the Cactus Valley fifteen miles north of Newcomb chapter in San Juan county.
