FOR A YOUTH CENTER AT THE RED VALLEY CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to plan, design and prepare the site for a youth center at the Red Valley chapter in San Juan county.
