FOR CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO FACILITIES AT THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for construction and improvements to the facilities at the boys' and girls' club in Santa Fe county.
