INSTITUTE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF LAW IN

ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for equipment and publication of journals at the United States-Mexico law institute, an international organization that studies the legal relationship between the

United States and Mexico and is headquartered at the university of New Mexico school of law in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
