I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($112,500) to plan, design and construct Chinatown neighborhood park for the Jicarilla Apache tribe in Dulce in Rio Arriba county.
