FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR DALTON PASS LOOP

IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to acquire right of way, surface and improve Dalton Pass loop, Navajo route 52-98, in McKinley county.
