SUMMARY



Synopsis of HTC Amendment



The House Transportation Committee amended House Bill 247. The HTC amendment revises the one-time fee of $25 in the original bill to be $35, and distributes the additional $10 from that one-time fee a total of $25 to the applicable educational institution.



Synopsis of Bill



The attached Taxation and Revenue Department analysis adequately addresses the administrative and fiscal impact of House Bill 247.
