Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 831 provides a general fund appropriation of $250.0 to the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) to contract with the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority to provide funding in FY2000 to facilitate the construction of housing for indigent persons in Santa Fe county.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill makes a $250.0 general fund appropriation to DFA for expenditure in FY2000 for the purpose stated above. Unexpended or unencumbered balances remaining at the end of FY2000 reverts to the general fund.
