Synopsis of Bill



House Joint Memorial 82 resolves that the Administrative Office of the Courts be directed to conduct a study regarding realignment of the thirteen judicial districts based on population growth and shift and the size of caseloads in the districts. Preliminary results are to be presented to the Legislative Finance Committee and an appropriate interim committee no later than October 31, 1999 with final results due a year later.
