Synopsis of Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendment



The amendment appropriates the funding for the purpose of the bill to the Department of Finance and Administration rather than the Administrative Office of the Courts.



Synopsis of Bill



Senate Bill 108 appropriates $107.5 in recurring general fund for FY2000 to the Administrative Office of the Courts for the purpose of supporting the child abuse and neglect citizen review board program. The appropriation is intended to help the program keep up with increasing caseload.
