SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

The joint memorial requests the Legislative Council Service to seek a cost estimate to allow for computer-controlled ventilation, heating and cooling in all legislative committee meeting rooms and implement the change orders necessary to improve air circulation in those rooms.

A review of Senate Joint Memorial 65 indicates no fiscal impact should result from passage of this measure to seek the cost estimate. The resulting estimate for the work and implementation would be the fiscal impact. An in-depth analysis of technical and other issues has not been conducted by the staff.
