has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 9 and 10, strike from "modeled" up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "that will cause the disclosure of the effects of federal and state agency decisions on the environment and tax base".

2. On page 2, line 13, strike "1999" and insert in lieu thereof "2000".
