A MEMORIAL

OFFERING THE CONDOLENCES OF THE SENATE TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF DAVID C. SKEEN.



WHEREAS, David C. Skeen was born August 6, 1929 in Santa Monica, California and moved to Alto, New Mexico in 1991; and

WHEREAS, David C. Skeen served his country with honor as a member of the United States navy during the Korean conflict, served his profession with distinction as an aerospace engineer and manager and served his party as a member of the Lincoln county republican party; and

WHEREAS, David C. Skeen is survived by his wife, Pat, son, David and daughter-in-law Gayla, daughters Pamela Sue and Cynthia Ann, four grandchildren, and his brother, United States Congressman Joe Skeen; and

WHEREAS, David C. Skeen passed away at his home on February 2, 1999;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the senate's condolences be extended to the family of David C. Skeen upon his passing; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this memorial be delivered to the family of David C. Skeen.
