Synopsis of Bill



Senate Memorial 7 resolves that the Department of Health cooperate with the LFC to ensure efficient funding and operation of the brain injury services fund; work with the brain injury advisory council to develop a statewide plan to address services for this population; and that the department report its findings and recommendations to the interim Legislative Health and Human Services Committee.
