How to request an accessibility accommodation
Please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The accommodation you are requesting
- Date of the meeting or event
Please help us prepare by submitting your request at least three (3) business days prior to your event or as soon as possible. Requests made with less than a 24-hour notice cannot be guaranteed.
You can make your request by giving us a call, sending us an email, visiting us in-person or submitting the form below.
Our staff will give primary consideration to the accommodation requested. Please know that a request may be denied if it results in a fundamental alteration to programs, services or activities or if it is determined
to be an undue administrative or financial burden. We will work with you to provide the best possible alternative option, if your original request is denied.
